The Campbell County Chamber of Commerce is hosting their annual Eggs and Issues Legislative Breakfast on February 1 at the Clarion Inn from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

According to Chamber Director Julie Simon, the breakfast offers its attendees the opportunity to learn the issues state legislators will be addressing during the upcoming legislative session.

“We are taking registrations now and will take them through Friday,” explains Simon.

Wyoming House District 53 Representative Gregg Blikre (R-Campbell County) is just one of the representatives scheduled to be in attendance Wednesday.

“We will talk for roughly four or five minutes each about issues that we’ve been involved with, this past year and how it works in the legislative session this year,” Blikre says.  “And then mostly we’ll be answering questions.”

According to Blikre, the Eggs and Issues legislative breakfast is a really good program put on by the Chamber of Commerce.

“A lot of people always come every year I’m always happy that a lot do,” he says.

Other state legislators scheduled for Wednesday’s event include Norine Kasperik, Tom Lubnau, John Hines, and Michael Von Flatern.
