A student at Twin Spruce Junior High School was cited for battery Tuesday after he allegedly urinated on a 12-year old student.

“The Twin Spruce principal contacted the school resource officers to report that a 15-year old male, for unknown reasons, urinated on the leg and foot of a 12-year old male in the boy’s PE shower room,” explains Gillette Police Lieutenant Chuck Deaton.

Deaton says the 15-year old was cited for battery.

The parents of both boys were contacted, according to Deaton.
