A 25-year old man who eluded law enforcement Wednesday following a traffic stop has been arrested.
The man, who officials say was intoxicated, had a warrant for his arrest, a suspended driver’s license, and is required to have an ignition interlock device in his vehicle ran right out of his shoes while fleeing on foot.
According to Campbell County Undersheriff Scott Matheny, the suspect was eventually arrested after he returned to work Thursday.
When contacted by sheriff deputies the suspect, who had a Band-Aid on his toe, inquired about his missing pair of blue Jordan shoes.
