We require anyone who wishes to submit an online classified ad to formally register with us. In this process we request certain information from you, which includes:

Your email address
Furthermore when you place a classified ad, after registering with your username and password obtained from the registration process, we require additional information which includes:
Your name (does not have to include first and last name)
Your email address (optional)
Your phone number
Your town of residence
Your zip code (optional)
The last five items are displayed in your classified ads as a means to allow interested potential buyers to contact you regarding the merchandise you have for sale.
Through the site registration process you can correct or modify any information you provided by editing your user profile. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
Information Sharing:
We never use, share, or sell to third parties the personally identifiable information provided to us online in any way unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
We may, from time to time, provide advertisers aggregated non-personal information such as the total number of times one of the advertiser’s ads was clicked. Furthermore we may from time to time provide advertisers with aggregate statistics on the number of visitors our website receives on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly rate. This information cannot identify you personally.
Basin Radio Network will only share personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Basin Radio Network in the following limited circumstances:
- We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.

Should you have other questions or concerns about these Privacy Policies, or if you wish to delete your registered profile with Basin Radio Network, please call us at our main office Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm at (307) 686-2242. Or you can mail your request to have your registered profile deleted by mailing a typed or written letter, complete with your name, username and email address mailed to: Basin Radio Network; P.O. Box 1179; Gillette, WY 82716. Please remember if you request your registered profile to be deleted, any and all current classified ads in your name will also be deleted.
