CANON CITY, Colo. (AP) - Fremont County deputies arrested a man after chasing an all-terrain vehicle suspected of being used in a burglary.

Authorities say 35-year-old James Cain was arrested after he ditched the sports vehicle and tried to run.

According to the Pueblo Chieftain, Cain is facing numerous charges, including burglary and theft of the ATV.
