RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) - A Rapid City woman accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy has been released on bond.
Twenty-eight-year-old April Solles faces three counts of rape and two counts of sexual contact with a child under 16. She could face up to 75 years in prison if convicted.
KOTA-TV reports that Deputy State's Attorney Tracey Decker says Solles was released on $100,000 bond earlier this month.
The state earlier argued that Solles not be released because she was a danger to minors in the community.
The 1-year-old daughter of Solles was killed in December. Authorities have charged a 14-year-old boy with murder in the death. They haven't identified him because he's charged in juvenile court.
