MARIJUANA DEALER SMOKES POT ON WAY HOME FROM PRISON Apparently four months behind bars wasn't enough time to teach one Indiana man a lesson. IndyStar.com is reporting that Sir James Smith was arrested Monday morning for smoking weed on his way home from the Putnamville Correctional Facility. The 27-year-old had just completed a four-month sentence for dealing marijuana. Smith's girlfriend, Sharmainique Royal, admitted to police that she purchased some pot to smoke with her recently prison-sprung boyfriend. |

COUNTRY MUSIC NEWS RASCAL FLATTS' JOE DON ROONEY'S FAMILY IS GROWING A country music baby boom is under way. Rascal Flatts' Joe Don Rooney is the latest star to be adding to his family. The singer-guitarist tells "People" his second child is on the way, so he and his wife Tiffany Fallon are, quote, "a little more prepared but the same excitement is there." He adds, quote, "There's such fulfillment in being a father and it's going to be two-fold now, which is so cool." Rooney says he learned about their impending arrival several weeks ago -- at the same hotel where Tiffany broke the news to him about their first child. |
