The City of Gillette announces the music lineup for the Main Street Brewfest on Saturday, September 20th.  The Ben Miller Band headlines the brewfest, which also features Screen Door Porch, Mike Maimone from Mutts, Jami Lynn, The Whiskey Charmers, and local musician Tom Knowlton.

There is no charge to see the music at Main Street Brewfest.  Please note: there is a fee to enter the

Campbell County School District announces several meetings to receive public input on the idea of moving 9th grade team sports up with the other high school sports. The meetings will take place as follows:

At an awards luncheon yesterday, Wyoming Business Report recognized 10 women for being “Women of Influence” in their industries.

About 260 people attended the luncheon honoring the 10 winners along with the 20 finalists and 87 overall nominees. Most recipients indicated humility and surprise upon receipt of the award. Many of the women pointed to other women in the gathering as

The first significant snow storm of well, the late summer early fall arrived this morning, and with it came school delays and power outages across northern Wyoming. Most of the delays seemed to be concentrated on the heavier hit areas, Story and Buffalo in particular. Power was out in Story for at least several hours, and continued to be sporadic across Buffalo, enough though to close the town's schools for the day. Parts of northern Sheridan County were dark as well. To blame were tree limbs that couldn't bear the weight of the heavy snow. So was it as bad as we had predicted? Earlier this morning, a tanker truck hauling 5,500 gallons of latex crashed and rolled at mile-marker 71 on US14A, which is approximately 25 miles east of Lovell. 59-year-old Dennis Spurbeck of New Philadelphia, Ohio, was reported to be negotiating a curved section on the highway, which has a 10% downgrade.

Yesterday afternoon, shortly after 5 pm, word came across that a missing couple in the Bighorns had been found. The couple, Alissa DeVille and Blake Fuhriman, were reported missing since Monday evening in the Cloud Peak Wilderness. Fuhriman was transported off of the mountain first and was recovering at Johnson County Memorial. DeVille, having suffered a sprained ankle, was still on the mountain, but with rescue crews. Johnson County Sheriff Steve Kozisek has some good news about DeVille...
