The City of Gillette's Yard Waste Curbside Collection Program will begin Monday, April 13, 2015, and will run through Friday, November 13th, 2015. The Bighorn National Forest, Tongue Ranger District, is seeking comments from the public, regarding a special use permit for Dayton Gulch Outfitters, which would allow them to offer rental camps for visitors. The proposal would be for 45 service days within the ranger district. Camp locations, according to the proposal would be accessible by motorized vehicles using Forest Service roads and trails. Two fatalities within the past week have brought the total number of deaths on Wyoming's roadways to 27, which is right at where the figures were a year ago at this time. Both accidents occurred on April 3rd in different parts of the state. The first happened at 5:50 pm about three miles west of Centennial on Wyoming Highway 130.  Read more
