PRECorp line crews are prepared to respond to an arctic blast of snow and dangerous wind chills forecast this week for northeastern Wyoming.
Weather officials predict snow and blowing snow starting Tuesday, followed by air temperatures at or below zero through Sunday. Wind chills are expected to hover between 20- and 30-degrees below zero. If you experience an outage call 1-888-391-6220.
PRECorp members with medical necessities should consider alternative plans if power is interrupted for an extended period of time during this storm. Response times will depend upon road closures and travel restrictions in the service territory. Members will be contacted if they are going to have extended outages.
If you see a hazardous situation such as a downed power line, call 1-888-391-6220. Do not approach the scene. You can be electrocuted if you make contact with an energized line or anything it touches.
