Man Arrested For Pointing Gun During Parking Dispute

GPD-Patch-FixedAt about 9:45 a.m. on January 6th, the Gillette Police Department responded to the 3900 Block of Ariel Avenue.  Police Lieutenant Brent Wasson said that two males; ages 43 and 30, reported that a 39 year old male had pointed a gun at them.  The 43 year old reported that a verbal dispute resulted with the 39 year old suspect after he became upset that the 43 year old had parked to close to the car of the suspect's wife. 

 

 

The 43 year old said the suspect threatened to shoot him and the other man, and pointed a handgun at the other two men while shouting profanities.  The 39 year old was arrested as a suspect for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, no injuries were reported.
