BLM Buffalo Approves Programmatic EA for Crazy Cat Project Area

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Buffalo Field Office announces the availability of Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Decision Record (DR) for the Crazy Cat East programmatic Environmental Assessment (EA) for exploratory oil and gas development in Johnson and Campbell Counties, Wyo.

The BFO prepared this EA in response to a plan from an operator in an area east of the Powder River in Johnson and Campbell Counties.  This approved exploration and development plan will be available for use in processing subsequent site-specific applications for permit to drill (APDs) and associated infrastructure.
