City of Gillette Administrator Commments on PRECorp Complaint

On Tuesday, March 12, 2013, Powder River Energy Corporation attorney Mark Hughes filed a complaint with the District Court in Gillette of the 6th Judicial Circuit, to reclaim PRECorp’s right to provide electrical service to the CAM-PLEX event facilities, RV parks, and fire station, and to declare that the City of Gillette has no right to serve any area outside of its municipal boundaries.
On Wednesday morning, City of Gillette Administrator Carter Napier provided some comments on the complaint. Napier also commented on the possibility of Cam-Plex being annexed by the City of Gillette in the future.
