Accused Child Sex Abuser Located in Montana

This afternoon Gillette Police Lieutenant Brent Wasson informed local media that accused child sex abuser David Michael Norgaard (35) was located in Montana and is back in custody.

Norgaard faces four felony counts, one first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and one count of failing to register as a sex offender. Norgaard was also convicted in 1997 after he was accused of molesting a 4-year-old girl.
