Don’t Drive Drunk in Wyoming This St. Patrick’s Day

wyohighwaypatrolCheyenne – As St. Patrick's Day approaches, The Wyoming Highway Patrol is reminding drivers not to get behind the wheel if they've been drinking. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports over 700 people were killed nationwide in crashes involving a drunk driver during the St. Patrick’s Day holiday from 2006 to 2010. Prescribed Burn on the Thunder Basin National Grassland

175px-ForestServiceLogoOfficial.svg(DOUGLAS, Wyo.)  March 12, 2013 – U.S. Forest Service fire crews are planning to conduct a prescribed burn on the Thunder Basin National Grassland near Weston, Wyo.  Pending favorable weather conditions, the “Pappy’s Pasture Prescribed Burn” may be implemented as early as March 14.  The community site of Weston is located approximately 30 miles north of Gillette, Wyo. on Wyoming Highway 59.  Read more: Prescribed Burn on the Thunder Basin National Grassland
