All-State & All-Conference Basketball

On Monday the Wyoming Coaches Association announced the 3A and 4A Girls all-conference teams and the 4A State Champion Gillette Lady Camels were honored with 3 players on the 4A East Conference team, including Sierra Toms being named co-conference player of the year along with Sheridan's Hailey Ligocki.

Also being honored on the team from Gillette were Dani Williams and McCorra Ford. Those same 4 ladies were also honored on the 4A All-State team, with Logicki being named player of the year in 4A girls basketball. Hannah Cass and Paige Smith from Newcastle were both honored on the 3A East All-Conference team after leading the Lady Dogies to a 4th place finish at State and Cass was also named to the 3A All-State girls team.

For the boys Gillette's Logan Wasson and Cody Kelley were both named to 4A All-State team while Kelley was also honored as 4A boys player of the year after finishing the season scoring more points, dishing out more assists and grabbing more steals than any other player in 4A. Being named to the 3A boys all-state team from Newcastle was Jeremy Feist.
