A newcomer to the world of radio I was raised in Minnesota with no intention of entering this field of work. It was a spontaneous idea from a family member that led me to take a couple classes in broadcasting.
First day of class they put me behind a mic and I was hooked. The next thing I knew I had graduated with a degree in Radio Broadcasting. A short four months after graduating I landed my first job here at Fox Country. Being on a country station only made sense; since I grew up listening to country music. My first favorite country song, which I can remember, was Neal McCoy's Shake it when I was 6 years old. Other favorites of mine are Clay Walker, Dixie Chicks, Tim McGraw, Gary Allen, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. I may be new to radio but not to country music! Tune in 2-6pm on 100.7 Fox Country!
