March 26th, 2014 - At 9:23 p.m. officers with the Gillette Police Department responded to the 600 block of East Second Street. Lieutenant Chuck Deaton said they were investigating an online post of escort services. A 52-year-old male was contacted leaving a hotel room. Deaton said the man was cited after admitting to paying for a prostitute. A 26-year-old woman was contacted at the hotel

Can a whole town be a TV star? Of course it can! Film and TV productions have come to Sheridan numerous times, including major motion pictures. While not a major motion picture, a television pilot was being shot in town for the past several days and its producer is none other than the daughter of Senator Dave Kinskey, Becca Kinskey.

Johnson County Sheriff Steve Kozisek, and Buffalo Police Chief Jason Carder spoke about the investigation that resulted in eleven arrests and had been occurring for about six months.
