Thunder Basin and Campbell County Indoor Track & Field hit the road for the first time this season as they traveled to Pocatello, Idaho, to participate in the Simplot Games at Idaho State. 2,200 runners participated in the games from 19 states, along with runners from Canada and Australia.
The Thunder Basin Boys Swimming team finished the 2022-23 season at the 4A State Meet at the Campbell County Aquatics Center. The Bolts will be returning a handful of swimmers for next season and are also looking for new teammates to join them!
Thunder Basin and Campbell County Basketball had a busy weekend as they returned to 4A Northeast play with matchups against Sheridan and Natrona County. Thunder Basin and Campbell County Wrestling finished the 2023 regular season with a dual against Sheridan last week. The 4A Regional Tournament will begin on Friday, February 16th.
Thunder basin will have three swimmers looking to go home with a state title this weekend at the State Meet, which will be held at the Campbell County Aquatics Center this weekend. Reid Pollick, Treyden Smith, Carson Shear qualified for individual swimming events.
Thunder Basin and Campbell County Indoor Track & Field stayed home over the weekend to compete in the Broncs Invitational at the Campbell County Recreation Center. Sheridan hosted the invitational.
Thunder Basin and Campbell County Basketball traveled to Cheyenne last weekend to go up against Cheyenne East and Cheyenne Central. These were the final non-quadrant games of the regular season for all four teams as well.
