| Washington – Wyoming Congresswoman and House GOP Conference Chair Liz Cheney (R-WY) issued the following statement Monday evening after voting in favor of a resolution calling for the censure of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): “The move by House Democrats to table this resolution makes them complicit in Adam Schiff’s repeated and intentional attempts to deceive the American people in a broader effort to attack President Donald Trump. “This pattern of ignoring the facts to advance a far-left political agenda is shameful and beneath the dignity of Congress. Schiff and the Democrat Party must be held accountable for their ongoing campaign to circumvent the will of the American people and overturn the results of the 2016 election.” |
